Because choice is always key, you will journal 3 exercises that offer 3 prompts from which to choose. As you join this community of writers, you’ll have 2 hours set aside to explore what’s happening in your life right now. Yet, no writing experience is needed.
As always, bring paper and pen, an open mind and heart, and a spirit of discovery and sharing.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE & GAIN
For different learning styles and personalities, multiple journaling prompts for each of the 3 exercises will appeal to different folks, so there is something for everyone.
For example, the three themes will involve these inquiries:
1) the challenge(s) of life identified;
2) the meaning of these times explored; and
3) the light found to accompany these situations in life.
Basically, leadership and facilitation are key to workshop enjoyment and success. Above all, Wiley-Jones sets a community-building environment where you will learn with and from all others in the workshop. She will facilitate the exercises, allow enough quiet time to write, and encourage group sharing in a community-building environment.
